The Challenge

A telecommunications company was struggling with monolithic applications that were slow to deploy and difficult to scale. Release cycles took weeks, and infrastructure provisioning was a bottleneck. They needed a modern container platform that could support microservices architecture with automated scaling and self-healing capabilities.

We architected and deployed a production-ready Kubernetes platform on AWS EKS:

• GitOps-based CI/CD with ArgoCD
• Istio service mesh for traffic management
• Prometheus and Grafana observability stack
