The Challenge

A major telecommunications operator needed to monitor thousands of mobile towers across 12 African countries. Existing systems provided limited visibility, making it difficult to proactively address issues before they impacted service. The geographic dispersion and infrastructure challenges required a cloud-native, low-maintenance solution.

Our Solution

We built a comprehensive IoT platform using MQTT-based edge devices, AWS cloud infrastructure, and real-time analytics dashboards:
